Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premsies are suitable for their intended use. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch and attend meetings on a regular basis. 4. CCTV will be installed in the public area and perimiter of the property with all images being recorded. 5. Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed in the licensed area without adult supervision. 6. Anyone appearing to be under 21 will be asked for photo identification to prove they are over 18 years of age. 7. Staff are to be trained in Fire prevention, drug and alcohol policies. 8. Empty glasses and bottles will be collected regularly. 9. The Premises Licence Holder is to comply with all reasonsible requirements of the Fire Officer. 10. Noise levels within the property will be controlled and kept to an acceptable level to avoid disturbance to local residence and hotel guests.
