1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 3. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 4. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 5. Signs shall be placed outside the venue and in any 'smoking' area, reminding patrons that they are close to residential accommodation and should be quiet while using the facilities. 6. The installed CCTV which covers the whole of the premises both internal and external areas shall be in operation at all times.
