Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the sale of cigarettes. 2. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and electrical certificate to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 5. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 6. The age verification scheme must operate in compliance with the guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board, South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield City Council Trading Standards. This must include the maintenance of a Refusals Register and staff training records. 7. A minimum of two staff shall be on duty from 18:00 hours on Friday and Saturdays during times when alcohol is on sale one of which must be a Personal Licence Holder. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor or other such responsible person must act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 9. The premises licence holder will operate a “Challenge 21” policy. 10. Signs shall be displayed in appropriate places requesting customers to leave the premises quietly and have regard to local residents. 11. No rubbish will be emptied into external bins between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 hours.
