1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate will be provided. 3. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011). The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 4. All incidents, including refusals to sell alcohol, shall be recorded in an incident book. The book shall be made available for inspections by authorised officers from the Police and the Licensing Authority. 5. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the premises unless accompanied by an adult. 6. The premises will operate the Challenge 21 scheme requiring proof of age identification from anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 with appropriate signage to be in place at the premises.
