Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV will be used throughout the premises. 3. Customers will not be allowed to leave the premises with open bottles or vessels. 4. A personal licence holder will be on site at all times. 5. All amplified music will be played through an in house limiter. 6. No deliveries, waste sorting or waste removal will be made at times that would cause a disturbance to residents. 7. The Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation. 10. Staff training to ensure no alcohol purchased or supplied to anybody under 18 years of age. 11. Any person under the age of 18 years are not allowed on the premises unaccompanied. 12. First aid equipment and trained staff will be provided. 13. The premises will have adequate and appropriate lighting. 14. Full risk assesments will be made for the premises. 15. Occupancy limits will be maintained. 16. Regular electrical and gas safety checks will be carried out. 17. Persons under the age of 18 must be off the premises by 21:30 hours unless dining or attending a private, prebooked function.
2nd August 2012. 1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the Council will be give access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the Police and authorised officers. 2. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of the local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
