Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. These premises will trade effectively as a restaurant, and substantial food and non-intoxicating drinks shall be available at all times the premises are trading. 3. Off sales of alcohol will only be made from the delicatessen area ( marked upon the plan). 4. Tables and chairs will be laid out for customers and food and alcohol will be served by waiter/waitresses to customers seated at tables. 5. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. All reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licence holder will give the Respobsible Authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 6. Crime prevention measures will be instigated following consultation with South Yorkshire Police. 7. Staff training includes details of offences relating to the sale and supply of alcohol to under 18's. 8. The staff training and manuals referred to able include full training in relation to accidents to staff and customers on the premises, amd requirement to detail any such problems, and also full food hygiene training whcih is reinforced by the general introductory notes and safety notes. 9. Risk assessments are carried out at regular intervals and revised if there is any change in methods used at the unit for both fire safety, general hazards, and food safety. There is full trainng for staff in the carrying out of risk assessments. 10. The use of the outside area is always monitored by staff, and service to that area is by waiter/waitresses. There is no music or entertainment of any kind in the outside area. 11. Very low background music is played inside the unit only and there is never any issue of noise escape. 12. Staff are trained to ensure that there is no sale of alcohol to persons under 18.
