Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Digital CCTV will be installed and maintained on a 24 hour basis. Data will be retained for a period of 31 days and will be made available to the Police for evidential purposes. 3. The building will be alarmed and staff trained as to use of alarm call points within the store and mobile alarms. 4. Sales of alcohol for consumption on the premises will be confined to the cafe. The cafe will only be made available to customers when the store is open and no sale of alcohol will be made from the cafe after 23:00 hours on Monday to Saturdays and after 22:30 hours on Sundays. 5. The premises shall have in place a written challenge 25 policy. The policy shall be actively promoted and state that any person to which the sale or supply of alcohol is being made, who looks or appears to be under 25 years shall be asked to provide identification that they are 18 years or over. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: a) Passport; b) Photo Driving Licence; c) Pass accredited holographic proof of age card; d) National including EU Identify cards. 6. Signs promoting this policy shall be prominently displayed in the premises. 7. Staff training to ensure that in case of any doubt whether a purchaser is over the age of 18 to refuse sale of alochol unless valid identification is produced. 8. Till prompts remind staff at point of sale of alcohol to ensure the purchaser is over 18. 9. All displays of alcohol will be appropriately ticketed to advise purchases that it is an offence for those under 18 to purchase alcohol. 10. Till points will be monitored by the digital CCTV system.
