Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Alcohol and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers, save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 3. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities, such recordings shall be retained for a period of 28 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 4.To comply with reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer from time to time. 5. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Building Control Officer. 6. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 7. The premises shall operate a Challenge 21 policy. 8. No children shall be allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours, unless accompanied by an adult. The restriction does not apply to those under 16 attending a private function. 9. The premises supervisor or appointed staff member shall ensure that when children are admitted to the premises their presence is not inconsistent with the style of operation of the premises at that time and licensable activities that are being carried out. 10. An application to vary the premises licence shall be submitted to clarify the layout and include a full detailed plan with respect to fixed structures including fixed furniture before any licensable activities take place.
