1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any disorderly behaviour will be reported to the police. 3. Drinking glasses will not be allowed in the public areas. 4. Escape routes are to be kept clear. 5. Floor surfaces in the premises shall be kept clean with non slip & even surfaces. 6. Waste from the business premises shall be disposed of in the correct manner. 7. Noxious smells from the kitchen shall be kept to a minumim via use of extract system with filters. 8. Any children under 12 entering the premises after 23:00 hours shall be accompanied by an appropriate adult and be supervised at all times.
