• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Waiter/Waitress service will operate throughout the Restaurant Area of the premise. 3. Substantial food will be available throughout Licensed hours. 4.A CCTV system will be installed in the premises and used during the provision of Licensable Activities. Recordings will be retained for 28 days and will be made available to the Licensing Authority or the Police on request. 5.A challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the Premises. 6. All staff will be trained in their responsibility under the Licensing Act 2003. The training will be recorded and will be available for inspection by the Licensing Authority or Responsible Authorities upon reasonable request.
