Substantial food will be available throughout Licensed hours. 4.A CCTV system will be installed in the premises and used during the provision of Licensable Activities. Recordings will be retained for 28 days and will be made available to the Licensing Authority or the Police on request. 5.A challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the Premises. 6. All staff will be trained in their responsibility under the Licensing Act 2003.
