Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. ALL ON 45 CONDITIONS 1. The licence shall cease to have effect should the method and style of operation proposed on the initial grant of the licence change, i.e. from that of a fitness and health club with an ancillary licensed bar. 2. Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold, supplied or consumed in the areas shaded red on the plans deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices. 3. That intoxicating liquors may only be sold or supplied on the authority of this licence to the following: a) Members of the health and fitness club to be known as Virgin Active b) Bona fide guests of such members limited to 3 guests per member introduced in accordance with the club rules c) Persons attending a bona fide private function at the club premises d) Any person attending the premises as a participant or spectator at a special event and/or exhibition and/or seminar and/or conference held at the premises relating to fitness and health sponsored or organised by the club or its proprietor and open to the public on payment of a proper entrance charge. e) Any officers members and employees of Virgin Active Limited or of its subsidiary or associated or holding companies and their bona fide guests (limited to three per officer and/or member and/or employee). 4. A list of the names and addresses of all members of the club shall be kept on the premises and produced upon demand for inspection by a police officer in uniform or duly authorised for that purpose. 5. No alterations shall be made in the rules providing for the sale of intoxicating liquors to persons other than those referred to in the paragraph numbered 3 above without the consent of the licensing Justices. 6. The licence shall only permit staff registered by the Council under the Security Staff Registration Scheme to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of: a) Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b) Maintaining order on the premises. 7. The licensee shall be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 8. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 9. In the event of an application for a Special Hours Certificate an application will also be made for a new licence. 10. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. 11. The maximum capacity of the licensed area is 200 persons. 12. Tables and chairs shall be provided within the licensed area to provide seating for a minimum of 30% of the maximum capacity of that area. 13. Food will be made available throughout permitted hours. 14. Proper controls are to be put in place to restrict access to undesirable web sites. Children should only be allowed access to the internet when directly supervised by a responsible adult and with the appropriate controls in place for a person of the child's age.
