Additional Conditions
1. The use of door supervisors will be risk assessed on an event by event basis and a written record of the risk assessment be kept at site for 6 months and made available to the Police or an Officer of the Licensing Authority upon request. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the SIA. 2.No customers carrying opened bottles or drinking vessels shall be admitted to premises. 3.A copy of the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises, in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such in put. 4. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 5. The premises will maintain a register of refusals and incidents. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 6. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance. 7. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2012) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 8. Staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. Records of such training will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 9.All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 10. Staff will adhere to Challenge 21 policy, asking for suitable identification if they appear to look under the age of 21. 11. Staff shall monitor all karaoke rooms at regular intervals.
