Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2. Notices will be displayed at the exits reminding customers to act sensibly when leaving late at night. 3. Outside drinking area to be vacated by 23:00. 4. All children aged 16 years or under are to be accompanied by a responsible adult. 5. Anyone aged 16 years or under are to vacate the premises by 20:30 on Friday and Saturday and by 21:00 the rest of the week unless attending a pre-arranged function. 6. All films shown will be suitable for children 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
1. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and images stored for 31 days. CCTV system to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. External lighting to be provided in order to enhance CCTV images where necessary.
