1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises which may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Staff will be trained in all aspects of regulatory compliance and measures to avoid noise and other nuisance to neighbours. 3. The location of alcohol within the store will be subject to compliance with responsible retailing. 4. The CCTV system will operate at the store when it is open for licensable activities. Images will be recorded and kept for a reasonable period and the position of the cameras will be agreed with South Yorkshire Police. 5. All exit doors will be easily operable and regularly checked. Records of these checks will be kept and produced on request. 6. Food waste will be bagged and skips/bins kept locked. Collections of refuse will be carried out at appropriate intervals. 7. Staff will be trained to request evidence of age from persons appearing to be under the age of 25. 8. Proof of age evidence will be of a photographic nature such as a passport, photographic driving licence or any identification card carrying the Pass logo. 9. Age prompts will be used on tills to remind staff. 10. Signage advising staff and customers of ages for restricted products will be prominently displayed in the store.
