Additional Conditions
1. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. 2. Fire safety equipment will be maintained in good operational condition. 3. There will be at least one emergency lighting luminaire (non maintained) installed at the premises. 4. Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition. 5. There shall be no consumption of alcohol on the premises. 6. There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years. 7. Policies in relation to children shall be adequately communicated to patrons by staff or though appropriate signage.
1. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. 2. The premises will operate a check 21 proof of age scheme. A refusal book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to responsible authorities upon reasonable request. 3. Appropriate Challenge 21 Posters and information relating to age and identification policies will be on clear display at the premises. 4. The management of the premises will liase with Police on issues of local concern and disorder. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a registered member of the Licence Watch Scheme and will maintain annual membership and attendance at meetings of the scheme. 6. A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the satisfaction and specification of South Yorkshire Police and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of thirty days and must be made available to an authorised Officer of the Council on production of appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of the images for purposes in connection with the prevention of and detection of crime and disorder. South Yorkshire Police shall inspect and approve the system prior to the licence becoming operational. 7. Alcohol will be displayed in areas where there is adequate supervision by staff. 8. A Mosquito style Anti-Social Device, acceptable in type and design to the Licensing Authority must be fitted at the premises facing the frontage of the premises and be maintained in use and available to staff at all times. 9. If the premises are open to the public beyond the licence for the sale of alcohol, the areas where alcohol is displayed must be covered from view and not accessible to the public.
