• 1. The staff will be trained sufficiently to be able to deal with situations resulting in crime and disorder 2. All existing CCTV to be maintained and in operation on the premises. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local ‘Licence Watch’ (as long as it exists). 4. Litter is kept to a minimum by bins provided and daily checks outside. 5. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. 6. The premises will be well maintained with good lighting and no tripping hazards. 7. All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 8. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 9. Noxious smells from the kitchen is kept to a minimum via use of extract system with filter.
